I think that people have you pegged wrong. I don't think you are an enemy of NPEC. I think you're working hand in glove with them. So tell me....how much longer do they want you to try and keep it down?

What? Two more weeks? The announcements will come when we least expect them to...yes?

Oh....NPEC is going to go up soon.....I don't think there is any doubt about it.
