If the market downturn continues, the brokerage house stocks will be the first to get hammered because the business will undoubtedly slowing down. People easily forget that you can play a market downturn just as easy as riding an upturn. With the proposed extended hours from both the exchanges, OLB's will undoubtly see a dramatic increase in their respective businesses. BTW, anyone has the tel # for E*Trade's legal service office? My lawyer is going to sue this issue for 1) being irresponsible for its cunstomer; 2) intentionally lying to its customer. Wouldn't your lawyer be responsible for obtaining this information. It's the least he could do for you. I sure hope you have deep pockets...
