Bob, I figure that the consolidation factor of 20 was chosen so that when the pre-consolidation price drops to $.01 (after this news) the post-consolidation price will still be above $.15/share...namely $.20/share. This will allow the inevitable dilution to proceed.

MGR shareholders (especially former shareholders..of which I wish I were one) owe you a debt of gratitude. No one who has continued holding this stock can say they weren't warned. Repeatedly. Well, at least I didn't throw any good money after bad.
