Can't post the article here because the chart wouldn't show up, and yes, you do need a subscription.

The gist of the piece was that ATI chart has formed a large triangle, not reaching it's old high but not breaking into new lows either, all this on declining volume. The author, Gary B. Smith, feels that this suggests ATI is currently in the "calm before the storm" and that "something big will happen shortly. My guess is up, but whatever, it will probably be violent."

I'm not much of a technical analyst but felt some here might be interested. Hope this helps.
