Taxman, some companies may not even think they have a problem...no testing for the compliance issue. I think this problem will be mostly confined to small companies. Also, lets not forget the 3rd world countries...although the impact from these countries will probably be small. Last, but not least, I'm sure there will be applications and hardware issues that are just overlooked prior to the end of this year. This is a big and complex issue. JMO Stock Bull
