I think this represents only an application and not an actual transaction. Correct me if I'm wrong. At any rate, this does not represent a great deal of money at these prices. I don't think anyone is planning to get rich and bail out of the company for 2 or 3 thousand dollars. On the other hand, if one thinks the stock price is about to take a big leap forward, it might be prudent to file a 144 in order to take advantage of the windfall. Like you said, it's all in how you look at it. I'm sort of looking for a pr regarding the start of drilling on Sunday. Maybe when one of these wells hit, the 'fuel for the fire' will be in barrels. Go ABRG!!
