Larry; I suppose it is possible that the new CFO or an independent auditor gave an approval to the financial that were submitted to the SEC. But you must understand, it is not that the SEC is "questioning" CAGI's financial statements because of something shady. There is just a difference in how the goodwill should be accounted for...a difference of opinion. Once this is ironed out, the statement will be released and everything will be back to normal.
