everybody is "locked down"...and come y2k, if they find out existing hw/sw not so compliant...would there be a rush for new hw/sw?...if money moves out defensively as it is doing..then may be the time for the offensive "buys" to be made..providing your view extends beyond a few quarters...thanks your input..ed a.
