Al I've been traveling again; pardon my delay in reply. I continue to watch CTEC, but would rather catch it a little late than risk more of the "difficulties"... I did read the earnings report: biz.yahoo.com And we still have one reasonably optimistic analyst tracking the stock; has raised earnings estimates over the past three months to a projected $.40 for next year. biz.yahoo.com I would assign that a PE of 20, and a price of $8 to the stock, if they achieve it. This Yahoo research page indicates a compound growth rate projected at 50% annually for the following 5 years. By about the second year out (assuming NO more trouble), market should assign a higher PE --- perhaps in the 50 range, for a target price, three years out from March 00 of ($1.35)X 50 = 67 bucks a share, for an upper side target. Consequently, I intend to again (sigh!) pick up some shares if they stay on track.. So how is the rest of life treating you?....did you ever take up golf?? Cheers! TSO

Well, Al, reviewing where CTEC is/has been, I have re-instated my position in CTEC. (That was not me running it up the last couple of days, honest! but I did get some as low as 2 3/16, and more up to 2 5/8). It really looks to me that CTEC has gotten the bad news behind them; and learned a few lessons, hopefully. The earnings projections I see for next year, and subsequently, would project a price for CTEC quite a bit higher than current -- perhaps well above the price we were paying the past couple of years. So I'm back in, and expect to buy more. I doubt there will be many folks posting to the CTEC thread for another quarter or two, so perhaps we will have to "hold the fort"; but I think it will end up being worth it.. TSO
