<<Technically SEEK looks bad<<

Sorry, but I must respectfully disagree.

The last time SEEK saw a drop of yearly high to low of 55 to 60+% is Aug-Oct 1998 when it dropped from 44 to 17 to 18.

We now have a drop from 100 to 45 or 55%.

Net stocks have a habit of replaying patterns...technical patterns...and my bet based on SEEK's past price action is a basing in the 40 to 50 area followed by a rise to new highs in a few months.

If by "technically looks bad" you mean the risk/reward ratio at this time is unfavorable, I must respectfully disagree. Under this definition the SEEK chart looked "bad" when it was 88. It hardly looks bad now.

(Of course I would agree with you that tight money management is key to trading success; which is precisely the reason one needs to time one's entry points in these stocks).

We are at an entry point now IMO.
