Data Rate I don't think you are missing anything on the data rate Oliver. Also, the noise won't be totally unintelligible since the National Security Agency doesn't want people having too secure encryption. Q! is working on Condor, which will give users very high security in Globalstar and will give the USA military total security. Normal people will have security good enough so only the security people of the USA could intercept it [I believe that's the case]. Maurice
