I, for one, would be very interested in your detailed impressions of your visit to the offices. I noticed that you asked others who might have visted to PM you. But why not just give a full report to the board? Let me guess.....NPEC is just one little office in one room...yes? And Metroplus....now that one is harder for me to envision. What caused your lack of confidence? The size? The people? No people? Who did you talk to? What did they say? Juanita
