>>>Haven't seen your post on SI for a while, on vacation somewhere?<<<

Jack, Things got a little funky around here, so I went on vacation at trashy.com for a few days -gggg-

I think GE made it's H&S projection and reversed, cyclicals that are driving the DOW topped out yesterday in the high 80's & low 90's RSI.

McCllelan Oscillator I believe reversed today and I believe that the a/d just had a dead cat technical oversold bounce.

The Oscillator has three impulse waves up from the 10/8 lows to go with my wave analysis of the internet stocks, the third impulse, i believe was completed yesterday.

I believe the lower high in the XCI spells trouble ahead for the computer sector and i believe this sector will drag the nasdaq down in the coming correction to fill the gaps made on the breakout slightly above the 2000 area.

I bought some nets this morning and believe we should continue the net rally may continue for a while as the market zig into oversold sectors like the techs, nets and drugs and zags out of the overbought cyclicals, we have to keep the market up until the Goldman IPO in May -g-

>>>I believe tachs/nets will still be the leaders. With a rising commonity and gas price, and a potential rise of interest rate, I don't know how these mfg/cyclical-types can make money to keep double digit earning growth.<<

I disagree, I believe commodity based stocks will be the leaders and the next bull market will be in those stocks. I think we may have seen the final salvo in the XAU at the recent lows, with 15% gold bulls. I am beginning to think that the deflation scenario may be behind us and Kosovo is a trough war.
