Thanks for the information. That Strategis link has been there since October of '97. I think that the problem with TPI is primarily in the sales and sales management process. They seem to have no problem with the marketing relationship and alliance, since Peter Ross' as VP Marketing they have had the channels defined. TPI has never been able to fulfill on those promises. Whatever Y2k work they have signed up seems to go elsewhere after the assessment phase. I attribute this to the managers that directly report to Paul. Groupware revenues seem to be softening as well.

Thanks for the info on WEST as well it has restored some of my faith
