They are born with them. Question of course is to what purpose. And do not think, he sat home during long nights to figure out how to do activate the rifles etc. It's a system, and not some lonely lunatic (and his Lady Macbeth). We all just did not get the point, when his baby face chirped in Kosovo 10 years ago about how "nobody shall from now on beat Serbs" (nece niko vise da tuce Srbine , or something of this sort). dj
