Chief,
This guy ILikeGorillas has been trying to kill other investments as well by trying to discredit companies, spreading false accusations, etc. I think a note to the Web Mistress is in order. Perhaps we can get rid of this kind of bull, if we make a concerted effort.
Cheers
GaryB

I'm not shorting ANY stocks, and as someone said previously on this thread, regulations may make it impossible to short this BB stock (I don't know). Look at the charts of some of the stocks in my profile to see if it would be financially worthwhile for me to short.

My motivation is to warn people that this stock is likely to be a poor investment.

By the way, anyone who is a paid promoter of this stock, as I suspect Chief is, should consider this:

[32]: Section 17(b) of the Securities Act [15 U.S.C. 77q(b)] makes it unlawful to publish any communication describing a security (whether or not the publication offers the security) where the publishing party receives payment from the issuer, an underwriter or dealer, without fully disclosing that such payment has been (or will be) received and the amount paid.

That's an interesting post; an interesting point of view. If I ask questions about the management of this company, like have any of them ever been involved in a scam before, or been arrested, stuff like that...does that mean I am a basher and I am short the stock?

Does that mean I am trying to frighten inexperienced investors from investing in a highly speculative and virtually unregulated security?
