Dan, That was so sweet of you to express your thoughts. I really, really appreciate the time that you took to write them. Nah, don't worry about me....I'm quite secure in who I am. Very nice words that you wrote there. One verse that I like is "By their fruits ye shall know them." Emile preaches love, but what are the possible fruits of his preaching? I can name some....fear and suspicion of a certain group of people....resentment, oh yes, much resentment....greed-wanting to take back what was supposedly stolen. The list goes on and on. Hatred? Yes...Emile's words could certainly be used to elicit hatred. So, based on that....the Christian love in Emile's world is based on a whole slew of negative emotions. That's not the God I know. Not even close. But arguing will never change Emile...I know that. Calling names will not change him either. The only thing I know how to do is to always speak up when such emotions are used to try and convince and sway opinion. And then go about planting my own fruits. Thanks again, Juanita
