Swordman, that legal exercise that some of you are undertaking is futile and will be "pissing" off a good $10,000. All the "share grab" is perfectly legal if the board of director authorized, you may call it excessive, immoral or whatever, but it is legal. So save the money, and if you like the stock, buy more share with it if you ascertained to yourself that indeed these are past misdeeds and will not recur. That is truly the main question, what additional (completely legal) dilution is in the wing... Zeev
