I think that those who are dumping PNET may have jumped the gun. I just received a phone call from Karen Angoke from BCD online. BCD is the master distributor for PNET. She confirmed that the reception at the Spring Internet Show was beyond their expectations. They have signed up distributors in several countries and are well ahead of their market expansion plans. They are so busy that they are running way behind in return phone calls.

I told her than PNET investors are uncertain wether they should hold or sell and because of the lack of news many have already jumped ship. I suggested that the put some positive PR out immediately. Karen said that PR was planned but she wasn't sure of the timing. She said that she would alert management of the importance of keeping the investment community informed of the progress of PNET.

She thought the the recent price drop could be the result of the reverse merger where some old investors are taking their profits.

My regular business is in the area of marketing, and one of my clients is UniStar Air Cargo. UniStar is a private joint venture between Japan's largest air cargo company and UPS. Yesterday I presented UniStar with a proposal for the revision of their current web site. A additional element of the revamp will be the inclusion of PC-Connect Direct.

The response to my suggestion on the use of PNET's product was very positive.

In my opinion, every business related web site should offer this service. At $600 per phone/site/year the numbers are amazing.

IF PNET can execute their market plan and establish market dominance they will be a great investment for both the short and long term investor.
