Can't Speak To Specifics Of That Case...

But, for me, respectfully, relisting is a non-issue. IMHO, it will happen in good time. I don't think anybody here or on RB can speak to the exact nature or timing of the dialogue--presuming it is a dialogue--between WAVX and NASDAQ. An S1 has been filed between the announced application and whatever end-point. That could have been a complicating or delaying factor.

But, who knows? Certainly not some schlepper like me.

I am more interested in issues regarding technology deployment (OEMs, etc) than I am anything else right now. Relisting will, we presume, open a sluicegate of news... and, most assuredly, give certain institutional investors a green light to invest. I'm not downplaying its importance.

But, frankly, one of the joys of SI right now is that we are not inundated with constant speculation about when and why and why not re: the inscrutable ways of NASDAQ. Personally, I'm glad for the delay. It may mean that a regulatory body is seriously scrutinizing our worth and potential and stability. I'm glad for the vetting. 'Cause I can only do so much from a distance. And once the imprimatur passes down--which I feel certain it will be--it will have even more meaning.

Again, though, I respect your question. I just don't think anybody outside of the Spragues inner circle and certain regulators has the answer at this time.

Best Regards,
