I would say almost the opposite. If GM going to develop its fuel cell technology with a small Canadian company, it would do it through Delphi.

I think the Delphi interest originated with Delphi itself. Delphi is not GM. The management of Delphi have their own agendas. They will soon have a ship of their own to run and their own course to run it.
