Oh my. I'm shocked.

Let's see, at today's prices that would dilute the float by another 7,500,000 shares.

Not bad for a company that's $150,000,000 in the hole, has no products, no unique technology, no manufacturing capabilities, no revenues (for over three years), no earnings, and a CFO that just came from a company that manufactures card shufflers.
