The S-3 news today should make Larry happy. A plan is in place, remember Lev's shareholder meeting comment, to get the price up, then go for an offering. I'm looking for some positive news forthcoming!!

From an astute poster:

<<We were warned about how toxic more financing could be.
A contract announcement or two should get the stock to $15. A public offering to raise $45 million would then dilute us to 33 million shares. We would then be left with only $9 per share contribution from the NI plant. If it only gets half that good, or $4.50 per share, earnings from the NI plant alone might justify a $100 share price.

Maybe a few of the longs are hanging on to their shares and continue to accumulate because they have done their math.>>

Michael> Not to worry, I noticed that Penfield just trotted back to the dog pound and alerted his guru Wexler of our impending " dilution".
