20 REASONS I'm in this stock. Hopefully, this will give new investors at least a starting point in doing their DD.

This info comes from Company Releases and several sources on the SI and RB Board that I believe are trustworthy. Thanks for all the great posts and hopefully if there is anything in here that is wrong, someone will jump in and correct it.

(1) RECORD INDUSTRY: Ceates more millionaires every year than all other industries combined. GNEN seems well positioned to capitolize on a number of opportunities outlined in their releases from selling CD's over the Internet (cdmusic.com)to digital technology, two record labels,to approx. 20 artists, 7 recordings destined to the Billboard Top 100. Looking at the Profit Centers GNEN has, its hard to believe that this stock sells at such a low price.

(2) GENERATION ENTERTAINMENT (GNEN) FULL-SERVICE MUSIC COMPANY: Includes Recording Artists, Labels as well as a top-notch promotion and
worldwide distribution infrastructure. Generation recently acquired Copper Sun Records
and Harvest Music from William "Bill" Craig, a legendary fixture in the music industry.

With the recent acquisition of Bill Craig, Copper Sun and Harvest Music, three national
distribution contracts, and 18 artists, Generation Entertainment's music division is poised for success.

(3) STOCK SELLING @ LESS THAN 50% of the Fall High of $1.25/Share while other stocks like CDNW ($13), KTEL ($9), PTET ($12), TUNE ($48), ELBD ($3), and MXMX ($4) have had recent runups. GNEN closed ($.46)today. Principle of Square Root Volatility might indicate especially with all of GNEN's Strong Fundamentals that it could be one of the TOP TTHREE performers on this list during the next 12 months.

(4) STREAMING MUSIC MANIA: {{H-O-T}} {{H-O-T}} {{H-O-T}} This SubSector is the April 5-10 HOT SPOT in INTERNET MANIA. TUNE from $4.00/Share to
$60.00/Share in 5 Days!! Should see carryover to entire Sub-Sector and we are!!!

(5) FIVE NEW WEBSITES:
www.gnen.com;
www.cdmusic.com;
www.m3music.com;
www.coppersun.com; www.radioyesterday.com

(6) INTERNET DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY: GNEN at least being mentioned with AOL and MFST. Whether any strategic relationships develop would be speculative at this time. Apparently, MSN is
debuting their software for downloadable music on April 16th and MP3 technology will not be available till this summer. This gives GNEN a competitive advantage.

(7) POTENTIAL MICROSOFT STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP: Domain availability of www.radio yesteryear.com ~~ Can see that billing information is to somebody @ MSN. Is there a tie between the two? This is the On-Line Radio Station referenced to on the cdmusic.com website. (Neil Kernon, Executive Vice-President New technology, for
GNEN spent time with Microsoft on new internet technology.)

(8) cdmusic.com ~ ON-LINE RECORD STORE: Open 4/7/99. Will offer 250,000 Titles. On-line radio station to entertain shoppers as they browse they shop CDMusic.com and surf the Internet. Market Tracking International (MTI) recently released a study showing that Internet music sales will reach $3.3B by the year 2004. MTI also estimates
that downloaded music purchases will eventually account for 10%-15% of overall Internet
sales.

(9) ARTIST SIGNINGS: Seven Artists headed by Bobby Vinton (Harvest), Billy Mitchell (Copper
Sun), Anna Garcia (Copper Sun), Villain (Copper Sun). The Record Labels previously had 19
Artists under contract.

(10) CD RELEASES: GNEN (Craig) SEVEN Records ready for release. All Could Make Billboard Top 100 which could propel GENERATION ENTERTAINMENT to the TOP TEN in the USA. Project sales of $6M for the two labels in first 12 months. Labels
were acquired for $4.1M from Craig who has contracted to stay as President of Copper Sun and Harvest Music.

(11) INTERNET THEME MUSIC: (i.e. Gaming Music for On-Line Gaming Industry)I'm not sure of everything involved here but maybe someone can expound.

(12) GREAT EARLY HIT COUNTS: (CDMusic.com) March over 27,000 hits impressive for a New WebSite. (Total April Hits 6,427 as of 4-6-99) One poster has been doing web sites since 1994 and says they usually do not pick up that fast without heavy advertising. He suspects they are already getting some of cdnow's intended traffic. We'll take it.

(13) AMAZON.com STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP: (Amazon.com covers Copper Sun, Harvest, and Slipdisc) Works like this: CDMusic provides the link you see to the Amazon site, and receives some sort of commission for anything which is sold through cdmusic.com CDMusic.com gets links from Amazon as one of their music sites. cdmusic
will also be selling their own CD's over the site.

(14) OWN TWO RECORD LABELS: (Copper Sun Records)(Harvest Music Ltd)

(15) ON-LINE RADIO STATIONS: On-line Radio Stations (Agreement- Pending)

(16) ON-LINE GAMES DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT: Already in place. Millennium Music & Media (M3) team recently inked a contract to create music for online games being developed by VR-1 Inc. Three such games are slated for debut on America
Online, during 1999. M3 recieved $600,000 upfront and will generate $7-$8/game sold thereafter. (Nomads of Klanth, scheduled to debut on AOL's Xtreme Game Channel in June. Followed by VR-1 Crossroads, the first online game to use Microsoft's DirectMusic, and The S.A.R.A.C. Project)

(17) THE RECORDING STUDIO: Will occupy 33% of
11,000 sq' Office Building 8th Floor just outside of Detroit in Southfield,MI. SQ Will be a State-of-the-Art Double-Suite recording studio.

(18) MAJOR FEATURE FILM SOUNDTRACK RIGHTS: Millennium Music & Media Inc., (M3 Records), a division of GNEN, acquired the worldwide rights to the soundtrack from the feature film, “Spooky House”'.

(19) GNEN PEOPLE: Talent involved with this company are seasoned and successful industry veterans. The e-commerce side of GNEN will attract alot of investors and be good for the stock price but it is the mutli-faceted entertainment and recording side of GNEN that will drive the stock price in the long run;

(a) David Chackler - Heads Millenium. Focus on the creation, production and distribution of movie soundtracks. Pioneer force in providing music for the internet gaming market and for computer-based games. Created Music for 30 Feature Films in 14 year career.

(b) Bill Craig - Contracts with some of the largest distribution firms in the business.
Current contracts are with MS Distrib (Chicago), PPI (Peter Pan)(New Jersey) and EMD (Div. Capital Records) and will handle worldwide distribution. With these contracts in place, the Generation labels access all the main stream music and record outlets (Best Buy, K-Mart,Wal-Mart, Target, and Internet outlets.) Distribution, of course, is vital to the record business. Single most important factor in successful record promotion is radio exposure for the music. Craig 33 year master in this area. Carefully constructed network of in dependent promoters. Close relationships with distinguished recording artists in promoting their efforts. In one year, Bill had four artists ranked among the top 10 on the record charts, all at the same time, a feat unequaled by anyone else in the industry. Among
the artists Bill has promoted are: The Jackson Five, Michael Jackson, Latoya Jackson, The
ChiLites, Chaka khan, Herbie Hancock, Barbara Streisand, The Pointer Sisters, Earth, Wind An Fire, Cindi Lauper, Sade, Maxine Nightengale, MC Hammer, Matthew Wilder, The Dells, 2 Live Crew etc.

(c) Joe Harris Recording Studio headed by world
renowned, Detroiter, Joe Harris (Renowned with FOUR Granny Nominations, worked with The Spinners, Jackie Wilson, The Miracles, Marvin Gaye, David Ruffin, The Supremes, Willie Tyler and Lester, and many other artists.)

(d) Neil Kernon , DIGITAL PRODUCTIONS FOR INTERNET, ex-Grammy Award Winner to Spearhead Digital Productions for Web and Games for Millenium Music & Media (M3), recently acquired by GNEN. Seeing the digital handwriting on the wall in recent years, Kernon has immersed himself in the new media forms, including the technology needed to provide music on the Internet. Recently spent time at Microsoft, getting acquainted with the new proprietary software and integrating that into the soundtracks slated for distribution by M3 in 1999.

(e) Mercyline (Mike) Bernardo - Spearhead the radio promotion effort. She has more than four decades of experience in promotion including stints with labels such as A&R, CBS Records and Mercury Records. Mike is a past recipient of the Coca-Cola Award for Excellence.

(f) Gordon Prince - Built the fabled Motown Record Corporation. Will serve as VP/Distribution/Sales/Marketing. Started his career with Decca/Coral labels. moved to
Mercury Records, National Promotion Director for Limelight Records. 1965-80 built helped build
MOTOWN. CEO/Pres. Motor City Music Dist./VP/GM.

(g) Warren Guth - CEO/Pres/Director. Replaces Sam Rodenberger who devotes full attention to Sales/Promotion Company Products. Most recently owned Xanadu-One, publishing books and conducting seminars in sales and marketing techniques. Prior
president of Wardan Development Co. which created and marketed sales videos for the corporate world. 25 years Dunn&Bradstreet.

(20) GOAL: MUSIC INDUSTRY GIANT: Goes beyond a CD Internet Website to Digital Music Technologies, Artists, and the Record Labels.

CONCLUSION -- Seems like a Company with a well concieved BUSINESS PLAN and the ability to attract BIG NAME EMPLOYEES from elsewhere in the Recording/Music Industry. Good DISTRIBUTION
CHANNELS and MULTI-PROFIT CENTERS. This could be an EXCEPTIONAL Stock. But do your own DD.
