NDB had problems all morning. Either very slow or inaccessible. Missed on a limit buy on PABN above the present ask(.101) due to not taking order and again had to chase it up to a market @ .14 Typical BS that happens nearly every day.

swami: I have been ok, only problem I had was a buy to cover for 100 shares of amtd at 96 1/16 did NOT execute even though AMTD traded at 95 3/4 for a few minutes after I placed the order. Maybe Etrade did not route the order fast enough, I will be upset if AMTD never gets back to that level however, if so I will call and demand I get that fill because there is no reason for it not to have been executed unless Etrade did NOT route order in real time. --bob
