CBQI news it out. They closed the Priority One deal, and give further details their relationship with Citx.

Gary...take a look at usho home health care provider...had some financial problems and got beat down bad. CEO says problems are behind them...outlook is fantastic. They are currently hiring a bunch of new nurses at $50k a year...he said he is excited about being profitable and etc...you may want to take a peek at this one...risky, sure..what penny isn't. But this is a beaten down baby that could esily see .50 again very soon from current level of half a cent to .04 cents over the last few days. And of course I don't have to tell you...but, will anyway...always do your own DD. Good luck KG
