JDN,

i'm waiting for an UP day on HUGE volume. the advance/decline line in going in the wrong direction. the breath is awful. once that reverses, EMC is going to be back on track. i've watched this stock long enough to know i've missed out on some great opportunities. we're getting close to another STEAL!

IT budgets at most corporations are frozen from mid year until first qtr next year.... which means....a zero growth or worse picture ....hence the selling of tech shares.... that emc did not hold given the earnings report is perceived as a structural negative for the sector.... until there is a radical change of thought re: IT spending for the remainder of the year.... don't expect much. The market in fact has been extremely efficient on this subject, as you can see. in spite of at least one more probably decent qtr of reporting after june.... the market is looking past june.

regards

Joel

JDN,

I just got into EMC at 109 and bought more at 101 1/2. Thinking of buying more if it goes to 90. This is a great company...reported great numbers...this market is Bipolar these days. CEO on CNBC at 11:00 today?
