KEG is looking good for a leverage play. Huge debt but assets are phenomenal Considering debt. They went on a buying spree last year accumulating quite a few Independents. Got into a cash flow problem but restructuring their debt seems to bring Them into the realm of reality. At below 4 excellent (High Risk) play and definitely out of Favor but looking better. They are mostly land based. So should see short term pickup. Yes I nibbled this morning for a few paltry shares~!!
