The only time I've seen Ron show enthusiasm about a rise in the markets was when the FarEast and Latin American markets showed signs of life.

It makes me believe that he's primarily out of the US markets and regretting it.

One has to wonder whether he believes the only way he can do well is if US stocks do poorly. If that's his belief, is he ever in for one hell of a shock should it come true.

It is not earnings that matters.
It is the "rate of change" in earnings and revenues
that moves stocks.

If DELL doesn't get at least a 36% increase in REV,
then DELL's "rate of change" of earnings and rev will
have to be looked at by people like Chuzz...
