Well, I decided to sell short the OSS this morning
in the first hour w/the small spike up.

Given the overall mkt decline yesterday and the jitters
of further declines and news like below I don't think
we'll be seeing the MOMO continue, IMO anyway.

ADVANCE/ NEW YORK, April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Low oil prices mean that
domestic crude oil production
will continue its current downward trend in 1999 and 2000, the Supply and Demand
Committee of the
Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA) said in a forecast released
today.

I don't have a lot of info re those E&P's, just had to pick a few. No rocket science. I also like Vastar, as I have recently writen about. I'd be gone at 4 for RRC, 7 for EEX and 11 for VPI.

One of my puppies has less than a hundred shares of Vastar that I'll keep into the next millenium.
