James, I think we better get out the steak knifes for that NATO dinner. I just don't see how those Apaches are going to help. Plus, you can see how Milosevic is already preparing for them. They are returning some 300,000 Albanians to their homes in Kosovo so that they can use em for human sheilds should they require a pullout. Milosevic has studied the Gulf War, he knows what the US can do, and he has his contingency plan. If it comes to a ground war, he will use the Albanians in convoys to protect his troops. If we invade, it will be a slaughter. If we don't, he has won the war. Clinton has got to be spinning with the bad news... -John
