Hi Paul and Baldy... I also ordered CD's during that same period when they have admitted that there was a glitch in the brand new site. I called TSIG yesterday afternoon to check on the status..you should be receiving your CD's today or tomorrow. I was reassured that future orders will be within proper time frame. It is discouraging that they had these problems..but I am sure glade that it was us that had the problems and not someone else..i.e a non shareholder that would never come back to the site.

same here! ordered 4 cd's and got email confirmation 3/31. called tsig late last week and was told they are enroute. still haven't arrived.

Seems to me that TSIG needs to get their act together on shipping the CD's. Anything longer than 7-10 days for delivery after order placed is too long to wait IMO. Certainly, 3,4 weeks is absurd. They wont keep customers coming back if that is going to be the trend. I will give them the benifit of the doubt that this will improve as they continue to iron out the bugs. But as we continue to bring in new CD business customer satisfaction will be paramount if they are to get repeat business.

Same story here. Ordered on 3/29, and no tapes or CDs yet.
