Yes, Mike, I think most will agree. What ORCL has to do is distinguish itself from this sector by producing some solid numbers when it releases it 4Q numbers in June.

Right now, the analyst's rationale is "we've heard you're story, now let's see it in the numbers." So, until the analyst's are convinced that this vision of ORCL is taking hold, the stock will languish within its present trading range.

Sieze this time as a buying opportunity. I think we may see the stock trend up to a higher range come May when ORCL holds its analyst meeting. JMO.
