<CYOE> I just get gut feelings after being in this biz for 36 years. I just felt a weakening in their gameplan, whatever that was - I think they put a lot of stock away to someone, or the school, before the sh-t hit the fan. They were no buy-ins executed that I know of so the only reason for the upticking was to dump their stock somewhere.

Just my opinion.

<CYOE>On the news front, there is none, it has now been 3 full weeks since CYOE was supposed to close the Systeam deal, and 2 full months since the famous "we've got a loan commitment, that's the ticket, a loan commitment, we say" announcemnet. According to there own filings they would have run out of operational monies on March 31st unless a loan was happened. These are the three big public items that I believe demand PR from the company, but nothing yet. Those are in addition to all the other super stinky stuff.

At least the fat lady is warming up her voice today. Something has go to give and soon, oh I forgot, statement of earnings is due too
