NRAG will run when I turn all positive like you guys!

Let me explain.

Some of you like to dump on me for supposedly being too negative. But, MRBIGAIR and company need to appreciate that it is folks like me that need to "sold" on Noram. The new money is with the naysayers and undecideds. Sell them and NRAG will truly take off.

So, how do you sell non-believers or semi-believers such as me? One or more of the following events need to occur:

(1) a 10-K (or 10-Q) filing verifying no significant share dilution, no outstanding legal actions, and providing evidence that the company is solvent, evidence that management has a lucid business plan, and providing financial details on the three placements (sales??) to date.

(2) an unqualified announcement of an equipment sale (or two) including revenue numbers (Noram revenue, that is; I don't care about World Touch or Vaprel).

(3) an announcement detailing a compelling Internet gaming plan.

(4) the hiring of a PR firm

------------------------

For me (and many others, I suspect), event (1) is a must. I am not going to put significant moneys at risk without at least seeing a reasonably current company health report.

Event (2) would help to overcome the past baggage of failed adventures. It provides some tangible evidence (beyond just talk) of real revenue.

Event (3) would create a lot of short-term buzz, especially if the plan could be implemented quickly. It would probably result in a sharp price increase. But, I suspect that the price would then fall equally dramatically once the buzz wore off -- unless the plan is implemented quickly (i.e. weeks rather than months). However, the days of the ".com" madness are numbered, so they had better hurry if they want to benefit from the ".com" phenomenon,

Event (4) would demonstrate that the company is confident enough about its position, that it is ready to go promote itself. It would surely create a short-term price upswing.

Any of these events will likely bring in some new short-term money. But I believe that event (1) is the key to the long-term money that will really drive this stock.
