All's quiet on the western front.

Let's see. Today's purchases: got some CSCO at $100.5 and some RMBS $62.125.

In addition, I looked at my tea leaves and they were brown. Not sure what that means, but I'm betting it means that RMBS and CSCO will both be at least 20-30% higher this time next year.

Remember when hoping for a 20-30% one-year gain was being wildly optimistic? I sure do. But what the hell, it's still making me money, even if it isn't Internet gains.

Interestingly enough, I bought shares in WWWFX (The Internet Fund) at $27.02, then watched them skyrocket all the way to $37. At last check, they were at $31. What a rollercoaster. It's fun only because I have so little money invested in it. Imagine if it was most of my portfolio, like most of today's generation invests. Boy, that would be more than my old heart could take!

OK I'll stop rambling.
