Vlad, sell your stock put your money to work
for a few weeks and come back around
end of next quarter if earnings rumors are good.

The cc will not make a bit of difference to VVUS
this quarter the market already has that factored in
"its old news"

The product sales are what I expected and I do believe Vivus has alot of potential. When we sign a domestic partner and Astra gets sales going in Europe, things will improve dramatically.

All I am saying is the shorts aren't the enemy. It is not a conspiracy to destroy Vivus. They just don't think Muse will ever sell enough to make Vivus a viable company. And there opinion is ok with me. If they are right, at least someone makes money off my mistake. If they are wrong, they will be more fuel for the rocketship taking off.

My point is that blaming the shorts for Vivus' failure is like blaming the other person when you lose a bet. We are betting on the outcome of Vivus as a company, we think Vivus will be a viable company the shorts don't.

mAYBE vvus SHOULD CONSIDER A MOVE TO THE nyse, CHANGING THE cusip ID WILL FORCE THE SHORTS TO COVER. tHEY HAVE TO RESHORT AND IT MIGHT BE MUCH TOUGHER TO DO.

YEA CAPS LOCK KEY IS STUCK. SOME MUSE FELL ON IT WHEN i WAS STICKING PINS INTO THIS RAG DOLL!
