Flop! slowdown confirmed.

It's all happening exactly like I said it would... Flop! would sell initially well to Iomega Investors and a few tech-heads, then...nothing. Witness the pathetic sales volume of Flop! the past few weeks. A certain major online retailer I have been tracking received a large shipment a few weeks ago, Since then, they have barely moved ANY units...drives OR disks. This source received over 5500 Flop! camera units 2 weeks ago, and they have only sold about 300 of them, or 5%. At this rate, their present inventory of camera Flop!s will last for about 36 weeks!

Fact: There is no pressing need for this product at the consumer level. Expect Flop!'s much-hyped 10% revenue number to only occur as a result of the Jaz slowdown, the axe falling on Ditto, and as the continued erosion in Zip % revenue growth continues.

I think they tested the parallel port drive. PP makes everything dog slow.

I have played with the new SuperDisk. It is faster than the old one (2x) but still not "Zippy". Seems to work fine though.
