Good Idea, but maybe a cheaper way is to add additional units to the
existing card -mailing, administrative, etc. costs more money if a new
one were issued. For those customers who don't use the card - give them the discount the card would have given them - tsig will still make a profit. JMO. My concern with the service is - one obtains a
card through fundraising, has problems with delivery etc. and tells
friends the card is not worth the trouble - result is lost card sales
and bad name. I truly hope things get fixed - CORRECTLY ASAP.
I want very much for TSIG to succeed - I am even re-purchasing (little by little) the shares I've sold based on TSIG's execution -
not just PR"s.

Sam and ALL,

Just got off the phone with Rob Gordon. TSIG is very well aware of the delays that have occurred with shipments from the MyMusicCard site. All the files from our site have been promptly electronically forwarded to Valley Media as orders were placed. The delay in shipping lies strictly with Valley Media and this is being resolved as we speak. Also the suggestion of sending out a short apology note with a free promocard was readily received.
