I figured the recovery should take another year or so to be meaningful and then we should see a pick in demand in a meaningful manner. Besides Japan is still going through a recession and the bleeding is expected to continue so during 99 and who knows it may even spill over to 00. Australia is doing not too bad either,well you know they lump Australia with Asia now-a-days.China and India actually escaped the bloody collapse and still continue to grow their economies,so all in all things are getting better and not worse.

Most importantly Dell has been growing in the region in spite of the contraction so I figured if things are stabilizing a bit there is hope for Dell yet.

Of course this is all my personal opinion and I am hardly an expert on anything, so there.
