Brent, I do agree with most of your post but when it comes to Vivus there has been a beautifully orchestrated execution of shorting on strength and covering in the churn on the pull backs. The whole thing has become too predictable. 5 brokerages holding over 80% of the short position. I know it is illegal but do you not think for a second that they are not all in touch with one another? The short bs propaganda machine has been excellent.....for the shorts starting with Asensio's BS Italian study of hanging 2.2 pound weights off the end of the penis to judge efficacy of the drug to Fulgham's skewed bs study on 100 men which he presented at last year's AUA meeting. I could go on but I won't.
