I should have mentioned in my post why I think a rally for AAPL is out of question at least now. I think the BBY issue may have a negative impact despite the fact that they were not helping Apple much. The other reason is the $2o M + Apple must pay to Apple corps, and finally the complains about QT4 although it is not yet confirmed and I hope it is not true. The perception now is that AAPL gets very much affected with negative news and hardly goes up with good news.

Your thoughts in this regard are appreciated.
