...to keep out the political whackos.

Won't be much of a meeting without Schwartz.

Vman, Why should Clark buy any - they are content to give it to him.

Are you going to the meeting? How are they going to run the show with both G* and Loral in the same place at the same time? Divide and conquer?

Vman: Do you thin we will ever get to the bottom of who is holding Loral down? I can not fathom how this stock can putter around in the teens given the outlook!

Do you know much about the Lockheed deal? from the annual report, "Loral subsidiaries provide services to and acquired services from LM... revenues for services sold were 1.3 mil, the costs of services purchased was 70.6 mil"

No wonder LM is holding the stock, best return they have every made.

Too bad the meeting is in NY. I would have been glad to
supply the tar and feathers.

That pisses me off. He is glad to get his 120,000 options in Loral, or his 20,000 GSTRF options, but he won't spend a single dollar of his own money to buy stock? Get rid of him. That is a slap across every shareholders face.

Here, Here! If I were in charge is total compensation would be 120k options priced at the 30 day average for the month of hiring and $150k in salary, no bonus, no BS.

If he wants to make big bucks, then he damn well better move the value of his options up.

Shareholders and Board of Directors should require such arrangements for all executives.
