Marty, You're doing a superb job for TSIG. The question that I have is... *Why?* Where are the details being managed by the company. Who's responsible for these screwups? Where is the reporting about the products that are not being shipped? Who's minding the store? All these great deals and poor execution. Shades of the past? This great plan is losing steam daily with these *repetitive* errors. How much time do they think they have. They spent 10's of thousands of dollars on myreligion and mysexcard URL's and it looks like they don't have the necessary, or the right people to manage the details on the business already inhouse.
