Michigan land site. My understanding, based on what I heard at the AGM, is that the company has optioned about 70 acres of land near Toledo Beach for the specific purpose of placing that land in trust as the initial reservation site for the GLB. That is more than enough land, in an ideal location, for an entire large casino and all that goes with it. It is expensive land, and the last proposal made to the GLB described how a JV partner/operator would help pay for it. Any other land the company may have acquired or optioned, as was discussed at the AGM, is for the ongoing purposes of the development company. I am simply speculating about what that land might be used for. I am basing my comments on investigations of public records. I have no knowledge of any plans, nor have I heard of any discussions. These are simply my speculations. Do your own DD.
