I placed two identical orders within a minute of each other this morning --- one on the website and the other via Telemaster as website was a bit slow.

Somehow the Telemaster order was assigned an order number but then mysteriously lost in the system - no trace ever to be found. Within about 30 minutes of my calling in to try resolving the situation, I received a phone call from someone who reviewed the record, admitted their mistake (although no one knows what happened) and they honored the price of the stock at the time I entered the order.

I know we only seem to hear the bad on this thread, but felt like I needed to be fair and report the excellent service in response to my inquiry.
