Millennium's e-commerce site introduces casino to on-line mall
Millennium Network Corp MLM
Shares issued 7,921,429 Apr 19 close $0.90
Tue 20 Apr 99 News Release
April 20, 1999 - The Millennium Network announced today that its newly
released e-commerce site received in excess of 100,000 page impressions
within the first week of its release. "It was the response we were
expecting", says Millennium President Bernie Lauser.
In keeping with the company's commitment to add value, a Casino has been
added to the fifth floor of the wowya mall allowing consumers as of today
to play a variety of casino games in practice as well as real cash mode. As
an added feature a player can receive a referral commission for introducing
other players.
"The new casino allows our customers to profit from the casino by earning
referral commissions similar to what we offer on all our other products",
says Lauser. "Our primary motivation to introduce a casino is that it
builds traffic and enhances the stickiness of the site, i.e. prolongs the
time visitors stay on the site, resulting in increased business for the
other tenants as well as online advertising opportunities."
Millennium will be announcing other new tenants in the near future. "We had
enormous response from merchants interested in having a storefront in
wowya.com," says Millennium Vice-President Jim Vincent who is in charge of
tenant negotiations. "We are evaluating them based on specific leasing
criteria."
The Millennium Network Inc. is a Calgary based e-commerce company who owns
and operates an on-line shopping mall at wowya.com giving consumers the
opportunity to shop for products and services as well as profit from the
company's unique referral commission program.

Yeah the chief's daytrading thread is great but it's more for posting your positions and for discussing daytrades. I was thinking of a separate thread dedicated to market commentary and realtime quotes as well as intraday and shortterm T/A (specifically for BIDS). That would reduce the number of messages from this thread considerably.
