I mostly agree...but he called aapl two years ago, when it was just turning up in the teens, called slb early this yr on wsw...it was in the fourties...
don't recall when he called sch, but hey, it may have been a four or five bagger from his call to the peak...He is not a bottom fisher or contrarian type...He tries to look at money flows...I don;t see why this would work, but his record has been good...It may be especially bad in a bear mkt, I dunno...

He insists he'd have his clients out if he saw a bear coming...but he missed things last summer...What ticked me off is I felt he took citicorp out of his port at the bottom, - I thought he didn't want to show him holding anything down so much...It rebounded a ton from when he deleted it...

He often is good at taking stocks out...He held cpq for years and deleted it at 30 a year ago...He had z (woolworth i.e. venator) for a double and wisely turfed it...And he had boeing as a long for years, then turfed it...

I can't say his future picks will be good, particularly in a bear, but he has been damn good...
