Price wars are good for Microsoft,'' said Mike Stanek, an analyst at Lehman Brothers, who has a ''buy'' rating on the stock. ''They get their bounty for each box, regardless of what's being charged.''

Conclusions:
1. This is one happy analyst.
2. Since he was quoted in the press release he is considered an expert in his field.
3. Since he is an expert in his field and people take his advice, he can be considered a professional in his line of work.
4. Experts and industry professionals are commonly used as expert witnesses in court.
5. His comments are proof that the investment community considers MSFT a monopoly and could be one of the primary reasons Wall Street investment house have "buy" ratings on the stock.
6. Could be real interesting witness in the Microsoft court case.

The comment really states it all very concisely.

All IMHO, Bob.

Mark,

>>>1.1 million and 1 Million @ 13:51 & 13:52

Who are the sellers, looks like the big guys are dumping shares. There could be more to come bacause the Fund Mgrs are scared of IT stocks. PSFT/ORCL/SAP are all tanking. Hopefully it won't fall below $20
