Well, Chuzz....you are exactly right in your analysis, (paraphrase)
in the end, the investment public is to blame..

But let's turn it around...all this really means is that great, great buying (investing) opportunites are created all around us, at all times due to the impatience of the maddening crowd...we should be thankful to the masses...

I know I am.....October 8th was a gift, indeed..

I'm not that smart, I need this kind of help irrational investors (including the professionals) often provide <g>

I think back to Ben Graham, "short-run..market a voting machine", "long run-weighing machine"...

RE:Chuzz-That's what I found out in 41 years of knowing and unfortunatly working for three big "wire-houses".They are all sycophants to their corporate finance clients-the analysts are throw-away-items after a few years and they begin to get some spine/independance-and before they are asked to leave by their managemants who hire some new "sweet thing"=lower pay.That's the way it is folks!wbm
